Topic 01 Autoimmune Disease Links to Arthrosclerosis & Anxiety
(Key Focus: Women & Elderly)

Summary: Intriguing research articles suggest arthrosclerosis (clogged arteries), a leading cause of heart attack & stroke, has a significant link to autoimmune factor (“Autoimmune Disease” by Lawrence Steinman, Scientific American, September, 1993).

There is more recent developments that are impotant and provide basis for biotech/bioinformatics innovations.

Topic: Biotech IQ ?

Discussion: There is need for a discussion of "Biotech IQ", anchoring with faculty members & grad students at research universities in the biological fields, to catalyze virtual teaming for specific disease innovation needs. This insight comes from my efforts to do Private Public Partnership (PPP) as required by Stimulous Package Grants here at DC-MD-VA and link with expert researchers at NIH (Dr. Marshall Nirenberg, Nobel in Medicine at NIH) just died recently. I realize now that it is important to search for 2 scientists to come to NIH, to replace the terrible loss of Dr. Nirenberg to the nation. I had him as a guest on my community tv show 2 years ago, and I know what is needed to do PPP for biotech innovations !.

PPP for Biotech Innovations cannnot be done by public relations dept at large corporations !

It must be done by research university biotech faculty and grad students now who have the potentials to replace Dr. Marshall Nirenberg , a prominent neurobiologist in the last 20 years !
