Tom is a career life science executive with over 30 years of growing multi-national medical technology companies. He has successfully commercialized over 20 innovative medical devices including one drug/device combination product. Prior to general management roles, he gained hands-on experience in Europe and in all business functions as a turnaround specialist for American Hospital Supply’s (AHSC) Medical Specialty and International Groups. Since 1984, he has led venture backed medical start-ups from concept to commercialization and has raised over $190 million in both the private and public markets. Tom’s tough-minded, person-centric management style and respect for physicians and patients has been central to building creative, high-performance and high-integrity cultures throughout his career.

What I Do
Manage medical technology companies forward through transitions and growth cycles to create or increase value. Assist as an advisor, board member, or consultant in doing same.
