Hello Conrad, I enjoy keeping up with emails from MedTech, but I no longer receive them. I did not ask to be taken off the list; they just stopped. Is there a reason? Please reinstate me to your email list, because I find much of it of interest and value. Thank you, John Liebert
Dear Conrad, I just joined your group. Grateful thanks.
I am a Healthcare IT Consultant and am presently working collaboratively with a group of volunteer doctors, who are interested in addressing rape in the camps in Haiti, setting up infrastructure to build a safety net.
We have an impressive core team, including a tech specialist in infrastructure development who wants to wire the country, as well as a former Minister in Haiti, who is now doing waste removal in the camps.
Given the focus on telemed in the US now and the potential outbreak of plagues in Haiti, we may take a new additional approach, as well, that being, help to address the medical crisis via telemed, tying into the funding for telemed in the US.
Do you know if there is funding that will allow this, that you have seen?
I appreciate your kind help and all of your due diligence. Let me know if you would like to participate along with us, in any way.
And, thank you for advising me to also put it out there to your group.
Wise counselors, welcome. I understand many of you have been to Haiti and are also involved there. I look forward to hearing from you.

I look forward to the posts on upcoming trends. As you think about them you might be interested in a report I wrote for TATRC last year on the "Hopsitla of the Future" Ron P had asked for this in consideratin of the new hospitals being built or remodeled in For tBelvoir and Bethesda, etc. You can find it at http://www.tatrc.org/docs/hof_report_08.pdf
HI!
Nice to connect again.
Yes I'll definitely be at the ATALACC meeting in Puerto Rico; I was unable to make it this year to both ATA meetings, but I have my plane ticket set to go for December.
Will you be travelling? I know Ron P has a talk, with TATRC. Hope to see you all soon. Looking forward to being all togther again. Gise
