Imaging: Dr Paul Chang, On the "EHR" in the PACS Environment

Dr Paul Chang, University of Chicago, Founder, Stentor, now a Phillips Company, leads a panel and describes his perspective on how the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) need to be integrated to truly represent a multi-media presentation of patient information. He argues that CPOE, EHR and PACS must be fully integrated to optimize information management in the health care delivery system.
