RE: Follow-Up On your reporting on Day 01 Telemedicine Association

There is more questions that come to mind from your reporting of Day 01 at Baltimore. You had some "big names' no doubt, but your reporting does not create opportunities for sepecific topics relating to the challanges on hand on "telemedicine' innovations via PPP, as required by SP Grants now on table.

Not sure what to do with your reporting, how even to enjoy what you just reported on Day 01.

How do we follow up from Day 1 ?

comments for follow up on a community level linked two specific topics that have strong telemed element as follows, being discussed at government/industry in broder catagories than just 'telemed"

(1) Response to Natural Disasters to Hurricanes & Tornado on a geogrpahy & community level linking urban/rural as is logical to do (now discussing this topic in Virginia industry/govrnment/non-profit) links

(Telemed is a key issue, but not the govering issue)

(2) Health+IT New Technlogy & Social Capital for Health innovations with a "urban-rural" link on a geography level. (Again, telemedicine is a key topic, but not the dominant topic).

What opportuniteis for PPP, linking telemed & non-telemd govring topics as in these two specific where "emergency reponse" is a telemed topic, as well as several other sub topics that links telemed with non-telemd expertise and requirements for SP Grant mission of (1) reducing health cost (2) reducing energy cost.
