38th World Congress on Military Medicine

The Ministry of Defence, Malaysia is proud to be the host and organiser of the 38th World Congress on Military Medicine. This congress and exhibition will see a gathering of 1000 top military medicine personnel from more than 100 countries, and about 80 international exhibitors who are leading industry players.

Following the tradition of past World Congresses, the 38th WCMM 2009 program will consist of the following:

The Congress will be held from 4 – 9 October 2009. Themed “Health Services Support in Operations”, there will be discussions on various environments such as desert, tropics, temperate, altitude, urban, amphibious, airborne, sub-surface, chemical, biological, nuclear, high explosive and others.

A broad spectrum of sub topics will also be discuss by the international renowned speakers, ranging from:

* Medical support in complex humanitarian crisis
