 c constructs of the laws themselves are reviewed, the presenter will t
 hen go over the most common exceptions to these laws. Exceptions inclu
 de specific scenarios in which the law allows physicians, practices an
 d providers to participate in activities that may otherwise be deemed

 ifferent and why, even though they are different, they are very often
