Instructor Profile:

Karl Nobert, is a food and drug regulatory attorney with the law firm of Squire Sanders in Washington, DC. He provides regulatory advice and counseling to domestic and international food and animal feed manufacturers, and biotech companies on issues related to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s regulation of finished food products and ingredients. He regulatory assists clients with developing strategies for bringing new food products and ingredients to market, substantiating the safety of proposed new ingredient products, ensuring that food manufacturer comply with FDA’s regulatory requirements and helping companies respond to FDA inquiries. He also assists veterinary product companies with strategies for bringing new products and ingredients to market in the U.S. This includes interacting with AAFCO on his clients’ behalf.
