As reported in the Philadelphia Business Journal...Intuitive Surgical paid $2.5 million to Power Medical Inventions as part of their licensing and development deal for a surgical-stapling device. The product uses Power Medical's patented technology and is designed to connect to Intuitive's da Vinci robotic-surgical system for use in multiple surgical applications.
