I will look at your references when Iget a chance. Much of what you describe is also known as "oxidative stress" and is responsible for, or can be the underlying cause of the diseases you have discussed. I also look at genomics. Again,' this is a very detailed subject with multiple facets, and each person responds uniquely to any prescribed therapy. Pharmaceutical or nutritional. I use a body, mind spiritual approach, as well. Optimal health does involve much of what you have described. I also use advanced testing to find the underlying metabolic or functional problems, and apply the best treatment modalities. Follow up and compliance is also needed, as response varies from individual to individual. I've seen it all, with the best of therapies and the most compliant. Time is the only medicine.
I think you are headed in the right direction. Great work.
