In particular, I have been approached by an individual who is active in mHealth/Telemedicine in Africa who is looking to leverage U.S. military technology on the continent who is a member of the MedTech-IQ network. His name is Adesina Iluyemi. I don't know him personally, only thru the digital network, but he may be a legitimate partnering candidate.
