A Workshop: What Is the Universe of a Universal Health Language?

This workshop, to be held in San Diego, will examine the theoretical and practical implications of implementing a Universal Health Language, as recommended in the 2010 report of the President's Council on Science and Technology. It is open to all interested parties, at a registration fee of $250.

Atrial Fibrillation Roundtable Summary Available

Atrial fibrillation is a chronic and costly condition affecting 2.5 million Americans, with its incidence increasing. Control is possible but is complex and may have undesirable side effects. Consequently, prevention is the “gold standard,” participants in a roundtable held by the Institute of Federal Health Care agreed.
