Dear Colleagues,
We have updated the website for the First Annual Biomedical Science and Engineering Conference , March 18-19, to include a revised program for the conference. The program is nearly complete. Please keep checking back on a regular basis for additional changes and updates. http://computing.ornl.gov/cse_home/cms/conference/program.shtml. A copy of the latest program is also attached.

We would like to remind you to register for the conference, if you have not already done so.
Registration deadlines are:
February 28, 2009 for foreign nationals
March 13, 2009 for U.S. citizens

You will also need to arrange for accommodations. Please refer to the website for recommended lodging and make your arrangements directly with the hotels. Transportation will be provided on both days of the conference between the hotels and the conference site at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. However, you will be responsible for transportation between the airport and the hotels.

We hope you will continue to share the information about the conference with your colleagues. We encourage you to join us for this very exciting event. We'll look forward to seeing you in a few weeks.
