Now, in a follow-up piece reported in the New York Times, it appears that Fabienne is caught between two international support organizations that have contributed to her care, and are now disputing how her rehabilitation she proceed ... A complicated story about how the desire to provide humanitarian assistance can conflict with institutional priorities ... often impacting relief efforts, not only in Haiti, but around the world ...
