Kenya Collaborations Sought

HELP will be performing field needs assessments in rual and metro locations in Kenya in March and/or April 2009. We are looking to establish a network of telemed clinics connecting rural under-served populations to metro hospitals in Nairobi. Special focus on disease migration/mitigation, general clinic and disaster/emergency response and situational awareness/understanding systems.

We are looking for collaborations on biomedical informatics, telemed devices, satellite, cellular and MESH communications technologies, clinical trials and more. Please contact me for more information or to discuss opportunities.
