Military Medicine: PTSD-Therapy for War-Related Trauma (Part 2)

The UCSF School of Medicine and the Coming Home Project present a series of programs for the mental health professionals who treat the American servicepersons returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. These returning soldiers are suffering from such ailments as PTSD and the consequences of traumatic brain injury. This the second part of a presentation featuring John Briere, noted USC trauma expert, discussing the five central principles central to effective war-related trauma therapy.
