Join Dr. Richard Florida as he discusses The Rise of the Creative Class on Thursday, April 23, 2009, 7:00-9:00 p.m., at The Kossiakoff Center, Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, 11100 Johns Hopkins Road, Laurel, Maryland.

Dr. Florida's groundbreaking analysis describes how human capital is reshaping the contemporary economic landscape.

Florida's appearance will be presented by the Howard County Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Howard Community College, the Howard County Library and The Horizon Foundation and sponsored by the Howard County Economic Development Authority (HCEDA).
