We are a female fertility company in its startup phase located in Maryland. Pregmama has just received the great news that MIPS (Maryland Industrial Partnerships) will be funding us starting in August of this year.  Co-Founder Dr. Lori Bernstein, Inventor and Chief Science Officer, and I as parents who endured many rounds of fertility treatment are excited about this amazing technology.  Soon infertile women over 35 years of age will be able to undergo safe and effective procedures to significantly increase their ability to have healthy babies.

Lori and I would like to offer you the opportunity to help us help women achieve normal pregnancies.
 
We are now raising the required matching funds for this $100,000 grant. I would like to speak with you to see if you are interested in participating in this "friends & family" round of financing. We are seeking $15,000 in total in the form of a convertible loan that can be converted into stock in the company upon our A round financing.  We have commitments for some of it. Please take a look at the attached MIPS Award Notice and our Executive Summary to see how we plan to reduce the risk of miscarriage and infertility in women over 35. We are looking to begin human
clinical trials in 2011.
