As reported by iHealthBeat and Healthcare IT News ... Mayo Clinic biomedical researchers are partnering with IBM to create an open-source environment for researchers and developers working on the language systems needed to promote electronic health records. The new Open Health Natural Language Processing Consortium Web site will allow developers to consult with researchers and share code as they work on the natural language processing system that many believe is key to expanding the use of EHRs.

Very good news to international students, language learners, volunteers and professionals to share and exchange info globally. I have just completed my ESL from sprachkurs and looking for a job there, I think they will provide me teaching job while i am staying there.
The IBM are really doing positively to help non-native students to study abroad.
