Kenya Collaborations Sought

HELP will be performing field needs assessments in rual and metro locations in Kenya in March and/or April 2009. We are looking to establish a network of telemed clinics connecting rural under-served populations to metro hospitals in Nairobi. Special focus on disease migration/mitigation, general clinic and disaster/emergency response and situational awareness/understanding systems.
