Blood Donations Needed

Blood donations for U.S. Army personnel wounded in the Ft. Hood shooting incident are being accepted at Scott & White Healthcare’s Blood Center in Temple, TX on Saturday, 11/7 from from 9:00 AM – noon local time and again on Monday, 11/9 starting at 8:00 AM. All blood types are still needed at this time. No appointment is necessary.

Bryan/College Station TX Blood Drive:

Scott & White’s blood team will be at Texas A&M all next week to accept donations. Donors in that area are encouraged to donate at that time, as the surviving shooting victims will continue to need blood possibly for weeks to come.
