The transactional referral system for Qatar Diabetes Association (QDA) was built following a request from ictQATAR’s e-health section ... The new application will enhance the communication between physicians at healthcare centres and QDA’s specialists, who can receive referrals of patients from physicians instantly and send their feedback and patients’ progress through the application, making the entire process more efficient.
