Overview:
Since early March of 2020 the COVID-19 pandemic has changed our world and our everyday lives. But with the US government working quickly to pass several levels of legislation hat impact employers across the country it is almost impossible for the payroll professional to keep up to date. This webinar is designed to review several legislative actions to include. On March 18, 2020, President Trump signed H.R. 6201 the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and on March 27, 2020 President Trump signed into law the H.R. 748, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act otherwise known as the CARES Act. This Act had several portions that impacted employers and payroll department.

Dayna Reum ,CPP, FPC is a Keynote Speaker at Compliance Key. She is currently the Director of Payroll Operations at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago . She has been heavily involved in the payroll field over 18+ years. Starting as a payroll clerk at a small Tucson company, She moved on to be a Payroll Team Leader at Honeywell Inc. During Dayna's time at Honeywell she obtained her FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) through the American Payroll Association.
