Event Description

Overview

The greatest difference in today's workplace is the Death of Control. The employee you can control you don't want working for you! (They'll expect you to be their mommy or daddy. I don't know about you, but I already have enough kids.)
Control as a management approach doesn't work. Just ask a Millennial. Besides, have you ever had much success trying to control everybody? It's so exhausting!

Why should you Attend

Gallup and other surveys have consistently shown that roughly two-thirds of all employees are "disengaged." This disengagement causes a whole host of problems including turnover, resentment, brand damage, customer problems, sabotage, lawsuits, safety problems, cyber liability, and other exposures.

Most importantly disengagement removes any "discretionary effort," severely damaging productivity, creativity, and the bottom line.
