Looking for a PACS Engineer consultant to work in Falls Church, Virginia - MHS/VA

Client is seeking Software Engineers who are knowledgeable in the SW interfaces and operation of PACS radiologic equipment. Candidate will participate in projects for software implementations, upgrades, and integration on the HAIMS program which is a program for the Millitary Healthcase System. Activities include designing software, vendor selection processes, installation activities, application development, maintenance and system enhancements. Responsibilities will include the full Software life cycle development process. Candidate will work with other SW Engineers and Systems Engineers as part of a multi-discipline and multi-company team
Clinical domain knowledge to include Radiology, Cardiology and related workflows IHE.
.NET/Java & Business analytics experience
Understanding of .NET technologies such as SOA, ASP.Net, and SQL
Experience with Data Communication protocols and Medical Imaging standards (for example, DICOM, HL7).
