Responsible for information technology procurement management activities between division business units and over 700 suppliers; with a combined annual spend of more than $440 million.
• Negotiates and manages contracts and agreements for information technology purchasing requirements across the business on behalf of internal stakeholders.
• Develops and implements sourcing strategies to support corporate and divisional objectives, providing the company competitive advantage in the area of information technology goods and services (i.e. consolidated supplier base, cost, savings opportunities and delivery performance).
• Develops commodity related cross-functional teams to evaluate need, combined strategic importance and cost savings company-wide. Assists in establishing technology-related policies. Drives continuous improvement in all aspects of the information technology procurement process.
