My company works in conjunction with the VA. We are an additional resource that was created in order to support the VA's effort to reach all veterans. We are especially trying to reach rural veterans from the recent Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom efforts. After reading about IVR, I can tell you that it is not something that we use.
