Zane Networks has developed a comprehensive Web 2.0 portal to support online chronic disease management. The web portal was developed and deployed as part of a NIH funded project in collaboration with Howard University in Washington, D.C.. The portal provides a one stop capability for patient-physician interaction, and professionally guided behavour modification.
