Hi Ramesh,

Before i can put numbers to equipment you and possibly we need to decide in with clarity what services you want to provide? who is the market at the start-up and scalability, Government support as well as understanding obstacles such as credentialing acceptance from the health care administration, Patient acceptance, physician/health care acceptance, how to market this service, any mal practice or regulatory obstacles that have ot be overcome, competition, developing a proforma of what it will cost, when will it break even will if and when it will have a ROI, which physicians are on board, which health care systems are on board, what services are to be provided short term and long term, broad width capabilities in rural areas, cell phone capabilities, plus much more-- I suggest that you take a look at HMRI which is a relatively new start up in India that is doing amazingly well. www.travelpod.com/travel-blog-entries/martysb/1/1219597800/tpod.html - 74k - Just google HMRI, India --this might assista yiou in getting more focused.

Do you want to talk this week ?--I'm not certain that you will need me although I'm very interested in participating and helping the process along.

the other thing i bring to the table is starting up companies --getting a clear and concise vision of what it is you want to achieve and the execution of that plan.

I guess what I'm saying is we know there is a tremendous need but we need a road map a business plan with the services we intend to provide the market hat we want to provide this services, very specific time line demonstrating scalability (moving into other countries) , with a pro-forma demonstrating cost and the break even point and possibly a ROI.

Take a look at HMRI --this might help you get your better understand what it is I'm attempting to write.

Do you or any of your colleagues in India have any personal business experience, specifically dealing with a start up ? I'd be happy to assist yo if yoiu think I can be of service to yoiur vision. Your vision is great and right on as far as the need and potential benefits what we need we need to talk about the details to take your vision and break it down into pieces to make this a reality.

I need to understand more clearly what we are attempting to achieve.
I'm not trying to bring this idea down I'm trying to understand it better. passing e mails is a difficult way to make that happen-- but a start.

Regards,
Mark

There are obviously many additional areas that this technology can and will be utilized in the near future. If anybody has an interest and /or expertise in this area or has experience in getting a start up off the ground and would be interested in collaborating I would love to have that discussion. I have a relationship with two intensivist groups one located in the midwest the other in the northeast that would be interested in possibly providing their services.
